Writing News

It’s been a busy time the last several weeks and I haven’t shared as much here as I normally do. Work is always time-consuming but writing is too. Luckily, I’ve taken to dictating over the last month or so which has really moved things forward. I’m turning for the home-stretch on one book in progress – my longest one as I expect it to top out at between 500-600 pages. It’s a very ambitious undertaking on my part and I wish I could discuss it more but it’s under wraps for the time being.

Once I complete the rough draft on the current book, I’ll shift to some editing along with work to complete my other top-secret novel. After that, I’m dedicating time to work on Broken Shield and several short projects.

However, I’m working with my audio publisher on the upcoming audio project and that means sharing some extended information about my books. Right now, I’m working on some characters sketches to help the narrator out. Additionally, I’m going to write a guide to different places in Denaria (The Bow of Hart Saga) of which I will share some here and more thoroughly on my newsletter and private groups on Goodreads and Facebook. Oh, I almost forgot! Podium sent me a warm welcome letter with a nice gift – an audio speaker for my phone or reader so I can listen to audio books! It’s very handy to have. As soon as I know more details from Podium I’ll share them so stay tuned. If i get any other news about outstanding proposals those will be shared as well, but count on some of the shorter books to start arriving in June or so while the earliest my longer novels will arrive would be this coming fall.
