1. Subscription Terms
- The Archer’s Aim Guild is a $5/month subscription, charged automatically via PayPal, Stripe, or Venmo (via PayPal) until canceled.
- You may cancel anytime through your user dashboard on phsolomon.com. Upon cancellation, access to guild content ceases at the end of the billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided unless required by law or specified otherwise.
2. Content and Perks
- Subscribers receive one exclusive content piece per month (e.g., lore, novella chapter, sneak-peek, or artwork) and a 10% discount on merchandise (e.g., Spring.com guild shop).
- Content is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or specific delivery schedules.
- You may not share, reproduce, or distribute guild content without written permission from P.H. Solomon.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate payment and account information.
- You agree not to misuse guild content or services (e.g., unauthorized sharing, hacking).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Payment and Taxes
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at $5, subject to applicable taxes (e.g., U.S. state sales tax, EU VAT), collected automatically via PayPal or Stripe.
- You are responsible for any taxes applied based on your location.
5. Termination
- P.H. Solomon may terminate your subscription for non-payment, violation of T&C, or at our discretion with notice.
- Upon termination, access to guild content ends immediately.
6. Liability Limits
- P.H. Solomon is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the guild, including content unavailability or data breaches, to the extent permitted by law.
- Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.
7. Changes to T&C
- P.H. Solomon may update these T&C at any time. Changes will be posted on phsolomon.com/terms-and-conditions and emailed to subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
