Reviews for The Black Bag:
“P.H. Solomon envelopes you in a world of witches where we wonder if the young girl can weave her way out of wicked trouble.”
“The Black Bag is a wonderful fairytale that introduces us to a young woman, Coryss, who has gotten herself into trouble with a gaggle of witches. As she stitches the burial bags for her mother and father, she faces a crucial decision. Does she stand and fight, or does she flee. The author has created a vivid world where you feel the sense of hopelessness when Coryss faces not just her enemies, but also those who may be able to help her. A well woven tale!”
“I love finding a short read on occasion, and this one was good. No big twists, but vivid images and a fun character. Easily read in one session is a bonus for me.”
“This is a great short story of 23 pages. It has it all: magic, witches, a need for revenge, and suspense. Well worth the 99p I paid for it :) So, if you’re in the mood for an entertaining quick read, do yourself a favour and buy this book!”
